For currently active projects
(you've implemented Dynamic Map into your project already and now want to use the Designer Extension to modify it)
1. Remove our old custom head code from your existing project
2. Connect your project to your NCF account via Designer Extension
3. Open Designer Extension inside of your project and start modifying
