I use Google Maps and my map is not loading / is gray

If the background of your map is not loading, most probably there is an error in your Google Maps API key or your Google Maps website settings.

Fix #1: Fix Google Maps API Settings

Make sure everything in your Google Developer Console, while you generated your Google Maps API key, is working and set up accordingly.

Fix #1.1 – Add your live domain to the Website Restrictions in Google Maps / Cloud Console API Settings 

Fix #2: Make sure you implemented Google Maps properly by using our Designer Extension

 1. Open Dynamic Map Designer Extension from within Webflow

2. Modify your Map Settings / Insert API Code for Google Maps

3. Don't forget to press "Save Map"
